We have long been associated with many of the most significant advances in eye health, and we believe we are well positioned to continue leading the advancement of eye health in the future. /span /span/p p style="margin:0.0in;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:#39;Times New Roman#39;, serif" /pp style="margin-right:0.0in;margin-left:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:#39;Times New Roman#39;, serif"strongspan style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"Objectives/Purpose of the Job:br/span/strongspan style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"brPerform Incoming Quality Inspection of packaging, product componentry and raw materials.strong  brbr/strong/span/p p style="margin-right:0.0in;margin-left:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:#39;Times New Roman#39;, serif"strongspan style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"Key Activities/Responsibilities/Job Functions:brbr/span/strongspan style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif"•    Perform inspections of labeling, componentry and raw materials utilizing document controls systems. br•    Perform sampling of raw materials (nonsterile and sterile) and components as required.  br•    Interact with suppliers to satisfy State of Florida legal requirements and provide documentation as required to support material release. br•    Complete appropriate inspection documentation and perform inventory transactions in inventory management system.br•    Review completed IQI documentation and approve.br•    Perform Raw material release within GLIMS.br•    Identify revisions / improvements for current procedures and practices. br•    Assist in cross-training of departmental personnel in inspection/sampling techniques. br•    Support and conduct NC investigations.br•    Maintain safe work practices.br•    Support validation of sterilization by sampling and inspection.br•    Computer support programs: inventory management systems (ERP), document control systems (Documentum), lab information data systems (GLIMS), visual inspection software (GlobalVision), Quality System (CatsWeb) and additional support computer programs as required.br•    All other duties as assigned.strongbr    brQualifications /Training:brbr/strong•    Ability to lift 50 lb bags and manually push pallets.br•    Ability to complete room sanitization certification, environmental monitoring certification, aseptic core certification and EHS health screen.br•    Ability to work independently. br•    Experience in Microsoft programs, inventory management systems, document control systems, lab data systems and visual inspection software are preferred. br•    Ability to communicate and work well with others, good oral and written skills. br•    Familiar with component, raw materials, and labeling techniques.  br•    Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.br•    High School Diploma Required.strong    brbr/strong/span/p p style="margin:0.0in;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:#39;Times New Roman#39;, serif"strongspan style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:#3c3c3c"Shift: /span/strongspan style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;color:#3c3c3c"Monday -
