Follows proper infection control#160;measures./liliInfusion of IVIG, SCIG, Alpha 1 anti-trypsin products, Biologic Response Modifiers, and enzyme replacement products in the home setting. Administration and training of injectables to patients in the home care setting./liliCoordinates the planning for delivery of nursing care with the Director of Nursing and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care. Proactively updates client/patients#8217; POC, health changes, and other related incidents./liliDemonstrates knowledge of age-specific differences in the patient population including physiological and developmental differences unique to each group./liliEnsures safe care to patients; adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards, including time management, supply management productivity and quality of service/liliWillingness to travel within assigned geographic region.
