Other duties may be assigned./pulliGreeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any request nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;or concerns/liliOversee the setup and breakdown of Banquet room, including table nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;arrangement, decorations, and equipment/liliSupervising banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;other event staff./liliManaging the event timeline, ensuring timely service and efficient nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;operations/liliCoordinating with Kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;execution of food and beverage services./liliEnsuring food quality and service nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;standards are being maintained./liliQuickly and efficiently addressing any issues that may arise nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;during the event, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;of service throughout/liliBilling out all events./liliCreating post event reports to include customer feedback/liliManaging inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;supplies for the event/liliAttending Staff Meetings and BEO meetings to discuss upcoming nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;events, company policies and guest complaints, and make recommendations to nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;improve service and ensure proficient operation/liliPreparing work schedules and completing necessary documentation/liliEnsuring all brand standards and initiatives are implemented and nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;followed./liliConducting regular physical nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;inspections to ensure all standards of excellence are being met./liliEnsuring the cleanliness of Meeting space and surrounding areas./liliAssisting in checking all fixtures, equipment and conditions nbsp;(lights, music, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;operations, settings and maintenance. Report deficiencies./liliServing as the liaison between guests. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
