The role requires hands-on experience with plumbing and electrical systems, specifically for pool pumps, filters, valves, and controls. Additional skills in root cause analysis, HVAC, and construction are advantageous. The ideal candidate should also be able to train and mentor junior staff. The position may involve overnight travel and requires a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional weekend work./p p /p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liRepair and maintenance of mechanical equipment/li liDiagnose and troubleshoot equipment errors and/or technical problems and determine proper solutions/li liInstallation and commission of heating, filtration, chemical treatment, VFD's and other mechanical systems at commercial aquatic facilities/li liSchedule 80 and CPVC plumbing installation and repair/li liProvide service and customer support during field visits/li liInteraction with vendors, contractors, and customers/li liFull comprehension of operation technical aspects of equipment, including pool water chemistry/water balance parameters/li liProvide timely, accurate, and detailed service report documentation/li /ul p /p pstrongQualifications:/strong/p p /p ul liValid California Driver’s License and Clear DMV Record./li liTechnical experience: electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and/or HVAC./li liAble to lift heavy objects to 100 lbs./li liGeneral facility maintenance training./li liFluent English required: Speaking, Reading, and Writing./li liCritical thinker/problem solver/team oriented./li liAble to work overtime./li liWilling to travel/spend nights away from home./li liMicrosoft Office experience./li liAble to drive long distances./li liHigh School Diploma or equivalent./li liAFO/CPO certifications are a plus./li /ul p     /p p /p p /p pstrongemWe pride ourselves on being a flexible, professional partner that always finds effective ways to get the job done right for your aquatic facilities./em/strong/p h2Pay Range/h2USD $25.00 - USD $50.00 /Yr.
