Skill sets to prepare an apartment home for a new move-in include basic remodeling, carpentry, and general maintenance./p pstrongOur Ideal Candidate will have/strongstrong:/strong/p ul liKnowledge with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, residential maintenance, and installation of appliances/li liExperience with residential remodeling/li liBe able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner/li liHVAC experience is a plus but not required/li liAttention to detail/li liStrong work ethic, driven and dedicated attitude/li liBe able to work in a team environment/li liReliable transportation, valid driver's license, ownership of basic hand tools, and ability to be on-call rotation/li liAll other duties as assigned/li /ul pstrongJob Responsibilities include but are not limited to/strongstrong:/strong/p ul liEnsure apartments are up to company standard for future residents/li liMaintain the grounds of the apartment community as needed/li liBe able to do drywall repair and painting of interior walls/li liChange out light fixtures, electrical outlets/switches, plumbing fixtures/li liReplace laminate countertops, reface cabinets and install new hardware, install new bathroom vanities and hardware/li liPerform routine maintenance or repair in the apartment home to ensure proper function before new resident moves in/li liProvide own hand tools/li liMust possess a valid driver�s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site/li liEssential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs./li /ul pWe believe that our people are one of our most important assets, and we invest in them accordingly.
