Join us and be part of a team that is shaping the future of digital infrastructure while nurturing your professional growth and success./ppustrongExecutive Assistant Role:/strong/u/ppAs a member of the company’s executive support team, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive and varied administrative support for members of the Senior Leadership Team and planning and coordinating employee events at our Denver based headquarters (HQ) and in the U.S. as needed. The role’s primary purpose is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of assigned executive leaders by coordinating, prioritizing and reviewing a wide variety of confidential and cross-functional requests, The ideal person in this role is efficient, organized, upbeat, and able to work with multiple executives and teammates across our locations. /ppConsistent with our hybrid work policy, this position will be required to be on-site at our downtown Denver HQ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at a minimum, and based on executive needs, additional days in the office may be needed, along with infrequent U.S. travel. Our hybrid work schedule is also subject to change for all HQ-based team members. /ppstrongRequirements/strong/ppustrongResponsibilities: /strong/u/pul liUsing discretion, judgement, and knowledge of our organization, provide daily / as-needed coordination and support for assigned executive senior leaders./li liSupport requests may include general administrative, calendar management, report generation, expense and travel coordination, departmental event planning, and other special projects./li liCollaborate with the Senior Executive Assistant and the Senior Office Assistant as needed./li liCover the front desk/office assistant responsibilities during vacations and other absences. /li liProvide meeting support including scheduling, logistics, agendas, minutes, and tracking action items./li liProvide support for visitors, ensuring a positive experience./li liPrepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents./li liConduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare draft reports and documents./li liManage projects independently, requiring discretion and independent decision making./li liParticipate/co-lead the employee activities committee including creating, planning, and executing company events including annual holiday party, summer picnic, and other department and functional events./li liPrepare event communications and work with internal communications team to get them distributed according to communications review and approval process./li /ulpustrongKnowledge, Skills amp; Abilities:/strong/u/pul liExperience with providing varied executive support for senior executives in several U.S. time zones./li liAbility to interface well with all departments within the company and to represent assigned executives in a highly professional manner./li liAbility to recognize and maintain confidential information, operating with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. /li liDemonstrate effective communication skills and professionalism both internally and externally to the company./li liPossess a high degree of proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook./li liExpertise in creating executive level PowerPoint presentations./li liExperience tracking expenses and submitting expense reports with accuracy./li liDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously./li liExceptional organizational skills required./li liAbility to meet defined deadlines, work well under pressure, and be flexible with changing priorities./li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills are required./li liExcels in a team-oriented work environment./li liAbility to work independently with limited supervision./li /ulpustrongEducation/Experience:/strong/u /pul li4+ years of previous executive administrative assistance experience is required./li liBachelor’s degree in office administration, business, or other related field preferred./li /ulpustrongPhysical Demands: /strong/u/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
