Researches, maintains and processes account transactions. Recommends foreclosure, repossession and or accounts for legal. Works with internal and external customers, and branch personnel to resolve problems or answer questions that may arise. Researches lost or mis-posted payments for customer accounts. Reviews collateral prior to any actions the Bank may take. Reviews with supervisor and/or department manager any problem accounts.
