As our new Dispatcher you will be part of dispatching drivers based on customer needs as well as providing administrative support to Operations, Customers and drivers./p pstrongKey Responsibilities and Duties:/strong/p pmiddot; Dispatching drivers to customers and location based on Customer needs./p pmiddot; Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company-established goals by successfully routing vehicles./p pmiddot; Assign loads and services to drivers based on designated routes and driver location./p pmiddot; Prepare, update and dispense the daily route schedule./p pmiddot; Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick ups), route completions and driver locations./p pmiddot; Ensure route completion via the driver check-in process./p pmiddot; Courteously interact with customers, as required./p pmiddot; Follow all required safety policies and procedures./p pmiddot; Perform other job-related duties as assigned./p pnbsp;/p h4Qualifications/h4brpstrongKnowledge, Skill, and Experience/strong/p pmiddot; High School diploma at minimum, college degree is a plus/p pmiddot; Minimum of 2 yearsrsquo; experience in a service-related industry/p pmiddot; Excellent written amp; verbal communication skills/p pmiddot; Ability to manage multiple tasks./p pmiddot; Skilled in multiple programs in the MS Office Suite as well as ability to learn proprietary systems for business operation/p pstrongEEO Statement:/strong/p pCRamp;R is an equal opportunity employer.
