pspanstronguResponsibilities/u/strong:nbsp;nbsp;/span/p pnbsp;/p ul lispanConduct routine and ad hoc inventory audits across all storage, tool crib, and production areas./span/li lispanReconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate variances./span/li lispanMaintain accurate documentation of audit findings and corrective actions./span/li lispanCollaborate with warehouse, production, and procurement teams to ensure inventory accuracy./span/li lispanMonitor and report on inventory trends, shrinkage, and potential areas of concern./span/li lispanAssist in cycle counting programs and physical inventory processes./span/li lispanEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory control./span/li lispanSupport implementation of inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives./span/li lispanUtilize ERP systems and inventory software to track and analyze inventory data./span/li lispanServe as back up for Purchasing Manager/span/li lispanAssist in tracking key operations metrics./span/li lispanParticipate in Lean Manufacturing practices such as 5S and root cause analysis./span/li lispanPerform other duties as assigned./span/li /ul pspanstrongunbsp;/u/strong/span/p pspanstrongunbsp;/u/strong/span/p pspanstronguRequirements/u/strong:nbsp;nbsp;/span/p pnbsp;/p ul lispanAssociate’s Degree or equivalent experience in inventory management, operations, logistics, or a related field./span/li lispanPrevious experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations preferred./span/li lispanFamiliarity with ERP systems and inventory tracking tools./span/li lispanBackground in Operations./span/li lispanStrong attention to detail and analytical skills./span/li lispanExcellent written and verbal communication skills./span/li lispanAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment./span/li lispanStrong organizational and time management skills./span/li lispanProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools./span/li /ulh2Company/h2divspanDo you want to work with people who are dedicated to innovation and making the world a better place?
