This program supports individuals within our residential homes./pp/ppbHours/b: Full timeb /b40 hours a week; Tuesday - Saturday 7a-3pbr /br /bCompensation:/b $24 hourly/pp/ppbResponsibilities: /b/ppThe Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting./pullipAssist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration/p/lilipSupport and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry/p/lilipAccompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events/p/lilipFollow each individuals care plan/p/lilipAll staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety/p/lilipComplete required daily documentation/p/lilipOther duties as needed or assigned/p/li/ulp/ppbQualifications:/b/pullipb1 year of experience working in the Human Services field/b/p/lilipHigh School Diploma or GED/p/lilipMust be 18 years of age or older/p/lilipValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance/p/li/ulp/ppWhat’s in it for you?
