Nashville (Charlotte), TNp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/p5708 Charlotte Pike, Nashville, TN 37209-3215, United States of Americap style="text-align:inherit"/pbr /p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pPay : $12.00 - $12.50p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"span class="emphasis"It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!/span/pp style="text-align:left"briWe're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business./ibrnbsp;/ppWe are looking for a Member Services Representative to join our team!  This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests./pp/ppbEssential Duties and Responsibilities /bbr /•    Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.br /•    Handle all front desk related activities including:/pulliAnswer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions./liliCheck members into the system./liliTake prospective members on tours./liliSign up new members calculating rates and monthly payment amounts./liliAssist the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed./li/ulp/pp•    Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.br /•    Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.br /•    Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club./pulliCompleting daily assigned within first hour of your shift./liliHelping complete priority cleaning list each day./liliCompleting walk-around and bathroom checks periodically./liliHelping complete any special cleaning projects as needed./li/ulp/pp•    Other duties and responsibilities based on club needs./pp/ppbQualifications/bbr /•    Must be 18 years of age or older.br /•    High School diploma/GED equivalent required.br /•    Customer service background preferred.br /•    Basic computer proficiency.br /•    Punctuality and reliability are a must.br /•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.br /•    A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!br /•    Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.br /•    Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.br /•    Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language./pp/ppbPhysical Demands /bbr /•    Continual standing and walking during shift.br /•    Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.br /•    Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.br /•    Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.br / /ppbspanNote to Applicants/span/bspan: We have been made aware of an increasing number of hiring fraud schemes across numerous platforms.
