pDescription/ppJob Description: The Library seeks an organized, self-motivated non-residential work study/ppstudent to help maintain and submit digital scholarly objects into Still ScholarWorks, the ATSU/ppinstitutional repository. The student will create several email communications for use by our/ppliaisons to send out to identified faculty published authors. The student will use already/ppidentified sources to maintain a database of ATSU published articles with the goal of their/ppinclusion into the ATSU repository. It is anticipated that this position will work 5-15 hours a/ppweek. Training for all job duties will be provided./ppJob Duties/pp? Compile list of faculty research in Excel spreadsheet or other databases/spreadsheet/ppfrom disparate sources such as research newsletter, PubMed alerts, Scopus alerts./pp? Compose email to faculty and student authors for article submissions to Still/ppScholarWorks, the ATSU repository./pp? Consult and interpret Romeo Sherpa database to request correct copy of article/ppsubmissions for inclusion in article request email./pp? Upload and include correct metadata for each submitted articlenbsp;/pp?
