pbuPosition Summary/u/b/pp/ppPilates Instructors are responsible for supporting all members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships.  They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Life Time Brand.                                                                                               /pp/ppbuJob Duties and Responsibilities/u/b/pulliDevelops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention      /liliMonitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment   /liliConducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs           /liliInstructs both private and group Pilates classes/liliPromotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members          /liliCompletes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan       /liliMaintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio  /liliRemains current on certifications and new trends in the industry             /liliEducates members on current health and fitness issues and trends             /liliEnsures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming    /liliDocuments all aspects of client programming   /liliRemains current on credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program /liliProvides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members                                     /li/ulp/ppbuPosition Requirements/u/b/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili1 year of personal training experience/liliExperience in Pilates program design/liliCertified Pilates Trainer/liliTrained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels/liliAbility to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds/liliCPR and AED Certifiedbr / /li/ulpbuPreferred Requirements/u/b/pulli150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate (minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)/li/ulp/ppspanLife Time is a place for everyone.
