Axios Recruitment is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Greenville, MI. This position is temporary with the potential to go permanent in 3-4 months based on performance. Compensation starting at $20/hour.
Basic Function: To process and support customer needs and fulfillment and support existing sales channels.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in processing unit orders and entering customer orders into ERP system.
- Adhere to the Customer Service order processing guidelines.
- Respond and Assist customers with customer service inquiries promptly.
- Deal with customers via emails, over the phone.
- Provide sales information to customers and distributors.
- Help to create customer satisfaction with prompt & accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters.
- Manage proper lead times and tracking of orders.
- Provides support to the department in a call center environment by working on special projects, management, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service (Call Center environment preferred).
- Associate Degree minimum in Business related field. (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of Order Entry or Administrative experience.
- Experience with an ERP system or similar for entering orders, accessing technical information, locating service providers and tracking warranty.

- Active Listening skills, giving full attention to what other people are saying.
- Patience with taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Ability to articulate with others positively to convey information effectively.
- Work within a call center team environment, objectively reaching team goals.
- Should have patience and composure when communicating with the customer.
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer service and company goals.
- Strong computer skills proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work shifts and hours mandated by management and to pass a drug screen.
