Maintenance Technician - Santa Maria & Lompoc (Day Shift)

Labor Finders is seeking experienced and reliable Maintenance Technicians for full-time opportunities in the Santa Maria and Lompoc area. This is a day shift, Monday through Friday position with potential for temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire placement, depending on the client’s needs. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled repairs and upkeep at multi-family housing properties, ensuring safety, functionality, and overall property appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and appliance repair.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Communicate with property management to resolve maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general maintenance, preferably in multi-family housing.
• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
