Technician Supervisor

RAC Services LLC is a full-service facilities management company dedicated to providing support to companies throughout the Bay Area. Our services include Interior/Exterior Property Maintenance, Project Management, and Data Center Support.

We are in search of candidates with a variety of handyman skills. Painting Experience a plus! Preferably candidates have their own transportation and that are able to work Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. Also, preferably candidates be able to travel occasionally.

Technician Supervisor duties may include but not limited to:

• Knowledge of tools/equipment
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate work effort
• Lead team to complete assigned duties

• Perform general building/grounds maintenance tasks
• Inspect work in progress and ensure satisfactory standards are met

• Experience with other trades is a plus but not required (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
