Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a local CPA/Financial Planning firm
Seeking a cheerful, outgoing, positive person to join our firm. As the first point of contact for our clients, your phone and interpersonal skills along with ability to work in a fast-paced environment are the most important.
Requirements:
- Screen phone calls
- Proficiency in typing
- MUST be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Copy/collate tax returns
- Coordinate appointments for partners
- Light filing
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen test
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of Quickbooks
- Assistance in preparing investment forms and applications
Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is a full time position offering medical and dental insurance, plus retirement plan.
Most of our staff has been with us for several years; thus, we're looking for someone who is a motivated team player and can grow with us.
