Inside Business Development

Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is partnering with a claims company to fill a position for Inside Business Development. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with compensation ranging from $70,000-$90,000+ DOE, plus commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute 100+ cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities.

• Qualify leads and schedule high-value appointments for sales staff.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders across target industries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of high-volume cold calling or inside sales experience (B2B preferred).

• Proven track record of appointment setting and lead generation.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic and resilient attitude.

• Experience with CRM systems and basic sales automation tools.
