Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to provide compassionate outpatient care in a supportive rural clinic setting. With no call, no weekends, and only three 8-hour shifts per week, this position is perfect for a physician looking for work-life balance and meaningful patient interactions.

Position Highlights:

• Pay Rate: $160/hour

• Schedule: 3 eight-hour shifts per week (no call, no weekends)

• Setting: Primary Care clinic with rotating specialties

• Patients per Day: 20

• EMR: Epic

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed ( days)

• Travel & Lodging: Complimentary lodging ( $150/night) and travel arrangements included

• Malpractice Coverage: Comprehensive malpractice insurance provided

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient care for patients across the lifespan adult, pediatric, newborn, and geriatric

• Perform minor procedures including suturing and I&D

• Conduct routine exams and manage common acute and chronic conditions

• Collaborate virtually with other physicians when needed

• Work with on-site lab and point-of-care testing capabilities

• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation

What You Won t Do:

• No in-house code response

• No ED backup

• No supervision of other providers

• No call duties

Requirements:

• BC/BE in Family Medicine

• Active VA license or in-progress with quick turnaround

• BLS certification
