Now Hiring: Full Time LPN

11:00am-7:30pm, some weekends required

Farmstead Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We offer a home-like atmosphere with a focus on resident-centered care in both Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions

• Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support to residents and their families

• Document resident care accurately and timely

• Communicate and follow up on physician orders

What We’re Looking For:

• Current MN LPN license
• Experience in an assisted living facility is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for senior care and teamwork
