Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving students' functional abilities.
• Educate students and their families on strategies for daily living skills and adaptive equipment usage.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all student interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility compliance regulations.

Requirements:

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to occupational therapy practice.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with disabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
