This entry-level position will be responsible for taking care of customers Cartiva's Sales Department. You will have a great opportunity to interact and communicate with your guests in person, on-line, as well as over the phone. This could be the start of a great career in the field of automotive sales. Experience is NOT required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
  • Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
  • Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • English speaking with bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to input customer information.
  • Mathematics – calculating sales payments.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be comfortable working Evenings and Saturdays.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
