Location: Limon, Colorado
Job Type: Part-Time 
Pay: $18/hour 
Schedule: Some weekday and weekend availability, both AM/PM shifts needed. We are able to fill-in part-time positions with multiple candidates, so don't hesitate to apply with your availability, even if it is not an exact match.

Open Positions

• Prep & Line Cook: Prepping ingredients, portioning recipes, ensuring kitchen readiness, upholding cleanliness and safety standards. Grill, sauté, fry, or oven – preparing food to order. Sometimes assisting with dish washing, when needed.

• Willingness to learn and ability to listen to direction
• Previous experience preferred but willing to train the right candidates
• Ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
• Must be 16+ and able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Must have some weekend availability. Part-time or full-time opportunity.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: weekdays
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
