Job SummaryThe Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative support to the Vice President of Fiscal Affairs, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail, as the position involves handling sensitive and confidential University information. The Executive Assistant ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Vice President's office through proactive planning, coordination, and communication.

- Serve as the first point of contact for the Office of the Vice President of Fiscal Affairs, offering information and support to visitors and callers.
- Oversee daily operations of the office, establishing systems and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Manage the Vice President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, planning events, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepares agenda and compiles supporting materials for meetings; gathers information and prepares reports, questionnaires and other documents.
- Manages office databases; orders office supplies; maintains office files and records Coordinates maintenance of office equipment and orders supplies.
- Monitors budgets and prepares purchase requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 to 5 years of experience as Administrative Support .
1 year of experience using Microsoft office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with BANNER.Proposed Salary
Salary is commensurate with education and experience.

Proficient in preparing a variety of correspondences as well as regular and special reports.
