2nd Shift located in Ontario, CA
4:00PM-12:30AM with OT/Weekend Work Flexibility
Pay Rate: $18.25-$18.25

The Shipping Lumper is responsible for manually loading, unloading, and staging freight in and out of trailers, containers, and warehouse areas. This role ensures that products are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately to support timely shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products from trailers and containers using manual or electric pallet jacks as needed

• Break down pallets and organize freight according to warehouse or customer specifications

• Sort, stack, and stage products for proper inventory placement or shipment

• Inspect freight for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily workload and deadlines

• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

• Prior warehouse or manual labor experience preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and operations is a plus

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
