Park Maintenance Technician (As-Needed)

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a knack for repairs? We're looking for a reliable and skilled Park Maintenance to join our team on an as-needed basis. If you enjoy diverse tasks, have a solid grasp of general maintenance, and are ready to contribute to keeping our park in top shape, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of basic maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building repairs.

• Work collaboratively with contractors on larger projects when needed.

• Haul materials to the dump occasionally (ideally with your own truck and hitch).

• Complete tasks efficiently and effectively as assigned by park management.

• Listen to and follow directions from park management to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring:

• Your Own Tools: You must have your own set of tools and the ability to use them safely and proficiently. (Access to our maintenance shed and materials will be provided.)

• Basic Maintenance Knowledge: A foundational understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building maintenance issues.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.

• Reliability: Willingness to work as needed, with the ability to commit to approximately 15 hours per week.

• Valid Driver's License: A current, valid driver's license is required. No other specialized licenses are needed.

• Strong Work Ethic: A proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to getting the job done.

Requirements:

• Hours: This is an as-needed position, with an expectation of around 15 hours per week.

• References: Must provide professional references.

• Background Check: A successful background check is required for this position.
