Applied Concepts also provides mystery shopping, call analytics, call grading, and other solutions.

Job Summary

Applied Concepts’ Conversation Labs division is delivering human-to-AI interaction. Our platform empowers companies to launch intelligent, conversational agents that feel natural, powerful, and purpose-built for real business use cases. As we expand, we’re seeking a Sales Leader ready to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to market.

This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving team providing innovative AI Solutions and shaping the future of enterprise AI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult and engage with business that will benefit from Conversation Labs’ human centric AI solutions.
  • Pitch and present Conversation Labs’ conversational AI platforms to decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop creative go-to-market solutions to win early adopters and close high-impact deals.
  • Collaborate directly with product and leadership teams to align sales with product roadmaps.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, helping shape our strategies and how we scale and sell.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in tech sales — SaaS or AI platform experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of AI or automation-driven solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Comfortable with full sales-cycle execution
  • Ability to shape our sales playbook, pricing models, and overall GTM strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of success in B2B technology sales, preferably in SaaS, AI, or automation solutions
  • Proven track record of full-cycle sales execution, from prospecting to closing high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation platforms, or conversational systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and results thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strategic thinker with experience shaping sales playbooks, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches
  • Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented, able to lead with influence and inspire customer buy-in
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to rapidly evolving product roadmaps or market conditions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach)
