Position Benefits
- Competitive starting base salary of $41,600 annually ($20.00 per hour)
- No prior experience required—comprehensive on-the-job training provided
- 5 days PTO and 5 days sick time
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday (no weekends)

Position Summary
As a Carrier Operations Customer Service Representative, you'll support our operations team by managing carrier communications and relationships, ensuring smooth freight movements in a dynamic 3PL setting. This entry-level role is ideal for those looking to build a foundation in freight brokerage and transportation logistics.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties to support the operations team, including data entry and record maintenance
- Handle high-volume internal and external communications via phone and email with carriers and team members
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing carriers to strengthen our network
- Coordinate carrier assignments and resolve basic issues to ensure on-time deliveries
- Learn and apply logistics software for tracking shipments and updating records
- Contribute to team efficiency by multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow directions with a positive attitude
- Strong customer service skills, including heavy phone and email communication
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and minimize errors in a fast-paced office
- Capacity to understand and follow work processes effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable collaborating in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to various software programs and technology platforms
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
