Position Summary
Support Distribution Center(s) operations by being responsible for all Retail DC and eComm DC related activities to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of merchandise to our direct customers and stores in our automated facilities. Additional responsibilities include managing all non-merchandise vendors supporting DC operations, including but not limited to general supply ordering, Ticketing, hanger inventory management and procurement.
Responsible for abiding by and enforcing all company standards as explained in the Company Handbook. All essential duties listed below must be accomplished according to established department measures and standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct daily start-up meetings to share safety updates, expectations, metrics, and announcements.
· Participate in department meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with safety protocols and 5S standards.
· Train associate’s in safety procedures and cross-train them for key roles.
· Investigate incidents or process failures and implement corrective actions.
· Prepare daily schedules and coordinate with peers to optimize workflow and meet budget goals.
· Track and review time records, attendance, and labor data to support accurate payroll and performance analysis.
· Monitor labor performance against CPU and UPH targets; provide daily reporting and feedback.
· Set individual and team goals aligned with department/company objectives.
· Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Process Improvement
· Monitor SOP compliance and evaluate procedures to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DC initiatives and process enhancements.
· Train and coach Leads, Tillys associates, and temps; maintain documentation of training records.
· Write and administer annual performance evaluations and complete self-evaluations.

Qualifications
Your experience brings:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Be familiar with warehouse environment and procedures
- Ability to work in a high pace/high, high volume production environment

Education & Experience
- 3-5 Years of supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
- Able to operate RF equipment.
- Strong math skills.
- Inventory Control, Quality Assurance or auditing experience preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- High School Diploma required.
- Bachelor degree or relevant experience preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Professional office setting with low to moderate noise.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally/Regularly lift/move up to 50lbs and navigate stairs
- Frequent walking and movement between floors/departments

Compensation
Hourly Range: Annual Range: $65,000 - $68,000
Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
