Manual Machinist / Warehouse Technician - Arnold, MO - Now Hiring

Position: Machinist / Warehouse Technician
Location: Arnold, MO
Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime and weekends as needed)
Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team in a dual-role capacity supporting a national field services operation. This role is split between precision manual machining and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Machining:

• Manufacture precision parts and custom fixtures using manual lathes, mills, and grinders.

• Ensure all machined components meet required tolerances for field equipment repairs.

• Assist in maintaining tools and machining equipment for reliability.

Warehouse:

• Load/unload trucks using a forklift.

• Inventory, prep, and restock equipment for field deployments.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 5+ years of experience as a manual machinist (not CNC).

• Comfortable working with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to certify).

• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
