The Athletic Grounds Specialist is responsible for maintaining the outdoor stadiums and grounds, directing staff, and overseeing equipment and supplies. The Athletic Grounds Specialist ensures the buildings and grounds are well maintained, which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules, as well as event preparations and cleanup. This position will work with facility users to develop project lists for the facilities and grounds.May also assist in maintaining irrigation systems, landscaping, mowers, carts, hand held equipment, inventory management and striving to meet our University sustainability goals. The position works in a creative and collaborative team environment where change is embraced and innovations are encouraged. Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0 years of relevant experience required. 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
