Would you like the opportunity to enter the healthcare industry? We are looking for an individual who is proficient with technology and is seeking to learn the ins and outs of the healthcare revenue cycle management industry and thrive in the marketing and lead generation process. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Lead Generation Associate, located on-site in our Norcross, GA office, works directly with the sales and marketing teams to promote the services offered to our health systems and hospital clients and generate leads.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Assist the Marketing team in top of funnel lead generation
  • Learn JTS’ Healthcare Service Line solutions with ability to communicate internally and externally.
  • Assist and coordinate social media content/graphics and website content
  • Create professional presentations utilizing JTS’ graphic standards
  • Manage conference planning, pre-planning conference activities, post-conference follow-up, golf tournaments, galas, etc.
  • Create and coordinate with Human Resources JTS’ Company monthly newsletter

Lead Generation

  • Assist the Sales team in lead generation to build top of the sales funnel
  • Manage HubSpot for the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Conduct outbound, cold calls to potential prospects
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
  • Qualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
  • Create and maintain a list/database of prospects in HubSpot
  • Answer potential prospect questions and follow-up on all questions
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential prospects
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people daily
  • Obtain strong knowledge of HubSpot within 4-6 months
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva a plus)
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to develop engaging marketing content with appealing visuals
  • Staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing, sales and healthcare
  • HubSpot experience a plus
  • Obtain an understanding of Healthcare industry specific to RCM Services within 6-month period
  • Undergraduate degree; Business, Marketing, Communications or Sales degree is a plus
