Customer Quality Coordinator

Customer Quality Technician
Direct Hire – York, PA - $75-$85K
Manpower has partnered with a top manufacturer located in York, PA with hiring a Customer Quality Technician. This role is responsible for ensuring that the quality of products and services provided to our client’s customers meet the standards set forth by contracts, purchase agreements as well as technical requirements defined in product drawings, applicable and defined specifications.
Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Must be proficient with SAP, ERP systems
• Creating and maintaining positive relationships with customer and dealer base.
• Planning, defining and developing supporting process and product related documentation to account for Customer/End User requirements
• Working directly with customers to develop and execute quality improvement/actions plans when objectives are not achieved. Oversee or facilitate effective problem solving to identify true root cause, determining impactful and effective counter measures to eliminate potential recurrence and ensuring their timely progress and implementation.
• Providing SQE the data and evidence support and pursue vendor recovery for costs associated with activities necessary to address supplier generated defects, failures and reliability issues identified at any point in the value stream including open field campaign support.
