Position Overview

In this role, you will conduct sleep studies, monitor patients overnight, and provide high-quality data for diagnosing sleep-related disorders. You ll be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient comfort, safety, and accurate testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and monitor patients for overnight sleep studies using standard polysomnographic procedures

  • Apply electrodes and monitoring devices in accordance with AASM and facility protocols

  • Observe, document, and respond to sleep-related events such as apneas, hypopneas, and oxygen desaturations

  • Titrate CPAP/BiPAP equipment as needed to ensure therapeutic benefit

  • Score sleep studies and assist in generating reports for physician interpretation

  • Educate patients about procedures and answer questions related to their sleep testing

  • Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly
