Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

We are urgently seeking a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for a rewarding 80-day locum tenens assignment in Maryland, starting ideally on Sep 1, 2025. This role involves providing comprehensive care through home health visits, Monday to Friday, with a dependable daytime schedule. The successful candidate will manage 8-9 daily patient visits, each approximately one hour, focusing exclusively on geriatric patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct regular check-ins and comprehensive assessments of geriatric patients in their homes.

• Manage a daily caseload of 8-9 patients, ensuring thorough attention and care during each visit.
• Utilize the Kareo EMR system for accurate documentation and management of patient records.
• Maintain consistent communication with supervising healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings to discuss patient care.

Additional Information
