Surgical Technician – Main OR (Full Time)

Position Overview
• Assist in preparing and maintaining the sterile surgical environment
• Set up surgical instruments and equipment prior to procedures
• Pass instruments and supplies during operations in an accurate, efficient manner
• Assist with counts of sponges, instruments, and sharps
• Support room turnover and post-op cleanup processes
• Adhere to safety, infection prevention, and sterile technique standards
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe, effective procedures
