Surgical Technologist – First Assist (Full Time) - Now Hiring

Position Overview
• Provide direct assistance to surgeons during operative procedures across multiple surgical specialties
• Perform first assist responsibilities such as tissue handling, wound exposure, suctioning, and suturing under surgeon direction
• Set up sterile fields, surgical instruments, and supplies prior to procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic technique and patient safety protocols
• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including patient positioning and wound dressing
• Support room turnover and preparation for subsequent surgical cases
