Certified Surgical Technician – Full Time (7:00&;am–3:30&;pm; weekend call every 4–6 weeks)

Position Overview
• Prepare the operating room with surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
• Assist surgical team by passing instruments and anticipating needs during procedures
• Maintain a sterile field and perform counts of sponges, needles, and instruments
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout surgical processes
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases
