Job Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostic tests and identify automotive mechanical problems.

- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Repair and replace faulty components such as brakes, transmissions, engines, and other mechanical systems.

- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to assess vehicle performance and troubleshoot issues.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all repair and maintenance activities.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task.

- Provide expert recommendations and estimates for necessary vehicle repairs.

- Keep updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area and ensure proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.


Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Completion of an automotive technician training program or apprenticeship.

- OEM and/or ASE certification or equivalent are required.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical.

- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Physical ability to lift heavy parts and equipment and work in various positions.

- Willingness to relocate if necessary.

- Availability to attend the on-site mechanic interview day on 8/15.
