Position Summary

As a Packaging Technician at AllAccem, you'll be responsible for final packaging using a high-speed automatic packaging line, as well as case packing and palletizing with robotic systems and manufacturing products using an automatic filling machine, labeling, assembly.

Responsibilities include batch production filling, labeling, and packaging in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role also involves maintaining and cleaning equipment, as well as performing other assigned tasks. Experience with packaging equipment is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a clean environment, and able to meet production schedule timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize packaging components
• SOP labeling of products from Batch Production
• Package products according to Company specifications on a packaging line
• Prepare boxes/load box magazine for case packing/palletizing Robots
• Package final products using automatic filling, labeling, cartoner machines and case packing/palletizing Robots
• Clean and maintain equipment and production areas
• Lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Prepare production areas for project initiation or changeover
• Work under industrial safety and quality control guidelines

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 years of industrial packaging experience is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with automated product packaging in a manufacturing environment, and following SOPs is preferred.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work and communicate with others in a professional and effective manner, within a team-oriented environment.
