Job Position: Customer Service Rep (RESUME REQUIRED)
Location: Ontario, CA 91761
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. up to 25.00/hr. depending on experience
Shift: 1st 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Company Overview:
We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative who brings a solid foundation of transferable skills including strong customer service, data accuracy, and a sharp understanding of pricing strategies across different account types.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and attention to detail.
Enter orders and customer data accurately into CRM or ERP systems.
Prepare and send customer quotes based on product specifications and pricing structures.
Identify and apply correct pricing differences between retail, wholesale, and vendor accounts.
Maintain and update customer and vendor records, including order history, preferences, and pricing agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or discrepancies in pricing.
Key Transferable Skills:
Customer Service Excellence: Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and resolve issues in a courteous and timely manner.
Data Entry Accuracy: Comfortable working with digital order systems; high level of attention to detail to avoid costly errors.
Pricing Awareness: Experience understanding and applying different pricing structures based on the type of account (customer vs. vendor).
Relationship Building: Skilled at building positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Able to troubleshoot common order and inventory issues and find quick, effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service, quoting, or order processing role.
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks).
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent required
