Position: Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient | No Weekend or On-Call

Who You Are:

· Minimum 2 years of direct patient care

· Passionate about providing inclusive, affirming, and patient-centered care

· Excited to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (behavioral health, primary care management, etc.)

· Eager to grow with a forward-thinking, mission-led healthcare organization

· Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine a plus
