About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) to join our growing team across Oregon. This is a full-time / Part time, outpatient role in a well-supported, patient-centered setting.

New graduate NPs are welcome to apply! We offer structured onboarding and mentorship to support your transition into practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality primary care to patients across the lifespan (FNP) or adult/geriatric populations (AGNP)

• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics, diagnose and manage acute/chronic conditions

• Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to provide coordinated care

• Emphasize preventive care, health education, and patient engagement

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time outpatient position

• Monday–Friday schedule

• No weekends or call

Requirements:
