Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support an elementary school caseload for the remainder of the school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to impact the lives and learning of 38 students in an elementary setting, with a potential extension through the summer for pensatory services. The role is based in Port Orchard, WA, with full-time hours at 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 38 elementary students.
  • Adapt therapy approaches to a remote/virtual learning environment as needed.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
  • Document and track student progress, maintaining pliance with school and district policies.
  • Potentially continue services through summer to address pensatory needs.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid SLP certification and relevant state licensure.
  • Experience working with elementary-age students.
  • Strong munication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
