About the Role
Well known company is seeking two experienced Service Advisors to join the Fresno team. If you have a strong background in customer service, technical knowledge of trucks or heavy equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
-Greet customers professionally and assess service needs
-Create and manage repair orders using customer input and technician feedback
-Provide accurate time, cost, and labor estimates
-Communicate clearly with customers about service status and additional recommendations
-Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to ensure timely service delivery
-Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
-Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism
-Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
What We’re Looking For
-2+ years of Service Advisor experience (truck or automotive industry preferred)
-Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Comfortable with multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment
-Valid driver’s license and insurability
-Willingness to work alternating Saturdays and occasional overtime
Preferred Qualifications
-Associate’s degree or technical school training
-Experience with service software and repair order systems
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Physical & Mental Requirements
-Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day
-Comfortable working in indoor/outdoor environments with varying conditions
-Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and climbing in/out of trucks
-Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service mindset
