Please note that the call requirement is not eligible for call pay as this position is 24/7 responsibility therefore a requirement of the position and not extra. \r\n\r\nMinimum Qualifications***\r\nEducation: \r\nBachelors degree in nursing preferred\r\n\r\nExperience: \r\nMinimum five years of experience in obstetrical nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities required\r\nEvidence of continued professional growth and knowledge of new trends and developments in nursing and patient care\r\nPrevious supervisory experience preferred\r\n\r\nLicensure and/or Certification: \r\nCurrent licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required\r\nBLS & ACLS healthcare provider required. \r\nNRP required\r\nIn patient OB certification preferred\r\n\r\n***Leadership and Operations***\r\nOversee 24 hour operations of Labor and Delivery and Perinatal Education units\r\nEnsure optimal staffing, skill mix, and resource allocation to meet patient care needs\r\nMaintain and manage department schedules, staffing plans, and timecards\r\nLead daily shift huddles to align teams on patient care priorities and operational plans\r\nServe as Charge Nurse when working clinically
