• Document all customer interactions in the support system accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with various departments and travel partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Keep abreast of travel trends and updates to provide current information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
• Background in customer support, particularly in the travel industry, is highly desirable.
