Portuguese Speaking End User Support Specialist - Full-time

In this role, you will provide essential support to our Portuguese-speaking end-users, assisting them with various technical challenges related to their IT systems and applications. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to Portuguese-speaking end-users through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a diverse range of technical issues involving hardware, software, and network systems.
• Assist users in understanding and resolving their concerns effectively.
• Maintain thorough documentation of support tickets and resolutions in the service management system.
• Work closely with IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
• Stay informed about new technologies and developments to continuously improve support quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Prior experience in technical support, helpdesk, or related areas is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems or helpdesk software is beneficial.
• A genuine interest in technology and a commitment to helping users is essential.
