Float Applied Behavior Analysis (Aba) Therapist at Strive Center For Autism

Strive Center For Autism in Burton, MI is looking for one Float Applied Behavior Analysis (aba) therapist to join our team. We are located on G 4476 S. Dort Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, organized, creative, flexible, and hard-working team player.

Responsibilities

• Willing to work consistent part time hours and occasional full time hours as needed
• Flexible and willing to cover sessions as needed
• Organized self-starter willing to work on a variety of miscellaneous tasks under the supervision of a Lead Therapist and BCBA when not covering sessions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, 60 college credits required

Experience with children required; experience with children with ASD preferred

Experience and training with ABA preferred

Ability to interact professionally with parents

Ability to multitask

Great written and oral communication skills

Completion of 40 hour online RBT training within first 90 days of employment

Completion of Crisis Management training within first 180 days of employment
