Pay Rate: 40k Base Salary + Monthly and Yearly Bonuses (60,000-70,000k Total Yearly Compensation to start)

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead virtual training sessions to onboard and educate new business partners using prepared materials
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from partner organizations regarding service offerings
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with external partners to generate consistent referral business
- Coordinate outbound distribution of promotional materials to affiliated sales offices
- Arrange field meetings between partners and territory managers when needed
- Record sales activity and partner interactions within internal systems to ensure accuracy and follow-up
- Track performance and consistently meet key sales metrics such as outreach calls, training appointments, and referral volume
Requirements:
- Associates of Bachelors Degree preferred, HS Diploma Required.
- At least 6 months of experience in inside sales or phone-based sales support
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding individual sales goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Technology Skills (CRM Experience preferred)
